I would personally like to thank all GMA members who voted for me and these wonderful artists. We have some tough competition, but it is an humbling experience to be named among the greats. I would also like to thank Joel and mom for creating such a wonderful children's musical. My nephew Alex actually played a character on the recording. This one is close to my heart. I'd also like to thank my co-writers Joel Lindsey, Dave Clark and Lillie Knauls. And last, I'd like to thank Judy Nelon for taking an unfinished lyric by the late Teddy Huffam, and asking us to finish it. I also want to hand out kudos to our label, Vine, for their nominations. Thanks Kevin Ward for hanging through one of our toughest years! This is great!
